"I have had good reason to request the service of a different ServerPlex technician on two occasions for several unrelated problems that
occurred on my desk top computer at home. On both times the technician arrived punctually and set to work immediately and very
professionally. I felt immediately at ease at the way they conducted themselves on the computer. They were thorough and
knowledgeable and were able to sort through the problems without any hesitation and with confidence. Whilst waiting for a long
download on my desk top, they took the time to ask about my laptop computer which was nearby and they checked out and corrected a
couple of minor problems.
I have the ServerPlex Onsite Support in my 'Favorites' folder on my computer and also have their phone number permanently written down.
An excellent service I am comfortable with and I will continue to call upon and rely upon. Thank you!"
